Can i order hats with my own design and Logo?

Definitely yes, we can make products according to your any specific requirement.

As this is our first cooperation,could i order one sample to check quality firstly?

Sure, it is ok to do samples for you firstly. But as company rule,we need to charge sample fee.

Surely, sample fee will be returned if your bulk order no less than 500pcs.

How is your sample time and mass production time?

24-500 pieces we ask USD 15-18 work days
500-3000 pieces, we ask USD 20-25 work days
5000-10000 pieces, we ask USD 25-28 work days
more than 10000 just contact us please

What can i do if there are defective products?

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, we will take quick measurements to solve it.

What is your MOQ?

Depends on your design, usually the MOQ is 50pcs, while we also can do smaller quantity for you.
